1. About Chatlayer
Chatlayer is a B2B technology platform that provides AI-powered conversational infrastructure, including integrations with popular third-party messaging channels. ChatLayer acts as a technology/solution provider. We provide services to businesses only; we do not offer products or services to individual consumers through this Website.
Use of the Chatlayer platform itself (including APIs, dashboards, and messaging integrations) is governed by a separate Master Terms of Service and Order Form executed between ChatLayer and each business client, together with our Data Processing Addendum and Service Level Agreement. These Website Terms do not grant any right to access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
The Website is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where acting on behalf of a company, that you have authority to bind that company.
